Fernando is a Technician in Electrical Installations and also attended the School of Architecture from 1987 to 1994.
He has several years of experience in electrical installations projects such as hotels, shopping centers, offices and housing. He has worked on various important projects including, ANTEL Tower of Communications, Main Offices of UPM, Zonamérica, Hotels Estancia and Playa Vik, Nuevocentro Shopping and Centro Civico de la Ciudad de la Costa
